ACCRA, GHANA Procurement Agent - Health Sector Support Programme

Frannan provided Procurement Agent services to the Ministry of Health for the Health Sector Support Programme in Ghana funded by the European Union. The Health Sector Support Programme was part of the Medium Term Heath Plan, a large and ambitious programme to reform the health service structure in Ghana.

Frannan provided a complete range of procurement services including needs assessment and preparation of specifications, procurement plan, tender preparation, tendering, evaluation, contracting, delivery, undertaking payments and issuing of letter of credits, as well as training and capacity building.
