MAPUTO, MOZAMBIQUE Procurement Agent for Integrated State Financial Management System (SISTAFE)

Frannan was appointed as Procurement Agent by the Ministry of Planning and Finance in Mozambique for a 3-year period during the implementation of SISTAFE, the new integrated state financial management system, which is a program addressing reform in the areas of Budgeting, Expenditure Control, Accountancy, Cash Management, Inventory Management, Internal Control and Audit.

Frannan provided services in all aspects of project procurement and capacity building. This included procuring consultancy services, IT hardware, communication systems & services and construction work.
