JUBA, SOUTH SUDAN Procurement Agent Services under the Core Fiduciary Systems Support

Frannan provided Procurement Agent services to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Government of South Sudan, as part of the Core Fiduciary Systems Support Project, funded by the Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF). The Core Fiduciary Systems Support Project had three main components; Procurement, Financial Management and Audit.

Frannan’s team of experts worked together with Republic of South Sudan procurement and project staff in a total of 56 Ministries, Government Agencies and Departments (MDA's) to set up procurement procedure systems, as well as undertake urgent procurement needs. Procurement under the MDTF funding in the region of USD 200 million was undertaken, as well as the South Sudan Procurement Budget. All services required were performed in a procurement cycle and included an extensive component of capacity building.
