Frannan provided Infrastructure Procurement Consultant Services to the Ministry of Industry, International Business, Commerce and Small Business Development in Barbados for the set-up of a National Standards Institute. This included strengthening Barbados' national standards, modernising the administrative areas and updating the institute's physical and technological infrastructure.
